Inspired by the F-Factor™ recipe
- 4 egg whites
- 4 GG crackers
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- Mix the ingredients together in a blender.
- Spray a pan with nonstick cooking spray, and pour the mix into the pan and cook as you would a normal pancake.
- Add berries or syrup to your liking, and enjoy your high fiber, high protein breakfast!
